I wouldnt change much just my nutrition and habits because my genetics are insane in was just very malnourished and skinny during puberty and it affected me so bad. Literally my mom doesnt want me to do good in life and i feel it , i have lots of threads about her she literally forced me to stop accutane and now im getting inflamation again. I starve cus the food she cooks is trash , soups salads , lots of veggies in seed oils i eat meat like 1 time per week . 2 pics to prove that my genes are good but i was starving as a teen and kid. It just hurts my soul ik im not the most attractive but could have been a lot sexier. Also i wasnt allowed to the gym i did only home secret workouts

So basically i got caught with a knife at school but now its fine. 2 police foids told my mom accutane prescribed cus i wanted to is not okay and may be the cause for what i did (depression etc). They suggested her to not let me take them and so did she , i cried lots cus i looked so good and now im getting my acne back.
