Too old for height and tall enough ig. Yeah I’m doing it for muscle fat oxidation sleep and skin. I’ll be on it for a few months so maybe I’ll get a few extra mm by the time I stop everything since I’m also using test and var but who knows

Yes but I also need to make up every one that I've missed since I've been accountable (puberty) so that's 5 for every day the past 5 years. Some scholars debate whether simple repentance is enough though
