If you do facial surgery and use steroids to look better, are you redpilled or blackpilled

Idk im kinda confused because i saw a video and it said blackpill means you are extremely hopeless and cant do anything. But wouldnt that also mean getting surgery for face is redpilled because its technically doing something. I always thought getting surgery was more like if someone was blackpilled and didnt beleive like they could do anything but idk anymore im probably bugging out. Also some would say gettign facial surgery or using steroids its a last resort to fix their shit genetics so idk. But at the same time is is looksmaxing which is redpilled???? Is it softmax = redpilled and hardmax = blackpilled or js max (anything) be redpilled???
