#1. You probably have enough ab muscles, just too much fat/water/bloat.

#2. Upper abs don't even need to be big to be noticeable if 13-16% bf

#3. Sit ups fuck up your back -- even crunches too.

#4. There are other better ab exercises like hanging leg raises from a bar.

#5. Only homosexual niggers work abs frequently. 2x a week is enough.

#6. Using DHT/ANAVAR & tetracyclines you can get abs < 1 month without exercise.

#7. You can't outwork shit health. Reducing inflammation is smarter.

#8. Shit posture makes working abs detrimental -- fix other stuff.

#9. If your back's already weak/fucked, ab work worsens it usually.

#10. Too much stress. Just DNP, androgens, lower inflammation, water.
