Sub-Chad moment.

315 lb squat and 405 lb deadlift is decent, can be done in 1 year, it's not impressive though.

400 lb squat and 500 deadlift are achievable in 3 years, not difficult but impressive according to normies (they may stare, strongest in the gym if it's a commercial gym).

500 lb squat and 600 lb deadlift are not achievable for most people and extremely impressive to normies (they will definitely stare, if living in a small city, maybe strongest in the entire city).

And that's a felony, and you'd be in jail. So much for high IQ, huh? And if you were my boss and you'd fire me for that reason I'd be greatful, it means my boss cant take criticism and will likely treat me like shit if I don't suck his balls anyways.

Why should I take criticism from you? Which college do you go to? Probably some shitty stage school. I am a superior human being to you.

I don't go to any college, I'm pretty sure if I gave a shit I could could've gotten into the college you're into. It's all about goals and priorities, my goals aren't to go to college. I want a simple life, that's my ambition. Your college is practically fused with your identity and it's honestly quite sad. Who are you besides that guy who goes to Princeton? You need to make a real name for yourself, perhaps then I'd respect you.

I squat and deadlift double bw. I would literally kick you out of earth's orbit.
in ur dreams lil one. If i see ur ass irl i’ll gouge ur eyes out and piss in ur disgusting gook eyesockets

My full list of standards for becoming fully gymmaxxed as a natural:
31 hanging leg raises
150 lb barbell curl
150 lb skullcrusher
200 lb neck curl
200 lb overhead press
235 lb wrist curl
250 lb Bent-Over Row
300 lb bench press
400 lb squat
450-500 lb deadlift

Whether you get stronger than that or not depends on how many years you keep training after reaching those standards and your own genetics. Taller guys are better at the deadlift, shorter guys are better at the squat and bench press. A guy with a big neck who trains it can get it up to 21 inches, most guys can get 18 inches within 1 year and then it will stop growing.

300lb bench press seems a bit excessive compared to everything else there.

No, is it definitely attainable. In fact, it is very generous, because most guys can reach a 320-340 lb bench press, but for 3 years of proper training, a 300 lb bench press done with a pause is definitely achievable for a 1 rep max. That is how you can get a big chest.

The reason why most guys suck at the bench press is because they don't do it properly, they flare their elbows, they do touch and go, and they don't retract their scapula when lying on the bench so they end up being limited by their shoulders, a bench press done properly should only work the chest and it should work the arms a bit also.

This is what perfect form on the bench press should look like:

Why is everyone obsessed with numbers lol. Am I the only one who just wants to be healthy and look aesthetic?

He trains like a powerlifter. My point was that the powerlifting bench press technique is the best, the bodybuilding technique will get you injured and make you stay weak.

I agree but Alan Thrall is in no way qualified to give bench advice considering how weak his bench is. He's also an unfunny, unlikeable neckbeard faggot I wouldnt recommend to anyone wanting to get into lifting

His form advice is by far the best I have seen, unlike the Buff Dudes who take steroids and show the wrong form.

How someone looks is not always the best indicator of whether or not they are a good source of information. Alan Thrall is not really strong, but he gives good advice for powerlifting exercises (bench press, squat and deadlift).

You may prefer Omar Isuf though since he is really strong and has an amazing natural physique.

Skeptical. His instructions are very simple to follow, which is what appeals to beginners. But he also spouts a lot of bs. AFAIK he was hardcore on the ss bandwagon a couple of years ago, advocating 10k calories per day and low bar > high bar. Don't know if he's changed but regardless i do not hold him in high regard

Most youtubers as a whole are bad, with the majority being fake natties and the true naturals being sellouts, at least Thrall is not a sellout like Omarisuf who brings fake natties and acts like they are experts.

Maybe not, but he is stupid (he went to community college), inexcusably weak (for how long he has been lifting) and a neckbeard. Thats enough for me to hate him.
