exercise is always stressful. theres nothing more stressfull if you think about it. of course no one likes working out even you dont you just manage to keep your facial expression straight and lie to yourself that you like working out even tho you feel shit:lul:

Some workouts feel like butt cancer, but I like that pain idk why. Except when squatting. FUCK squatting. The feeling after working out hits different anyways, so the pain is worth it even if you hate it

Not if you’re a high T man who is used to it. I’m not joking when I say sitting at home with my family ( living with parents pill) and talking to them is 10x more stressful than benching 140kg. I do NOT FEEL SHIT JFL :lul:. Stop projecting .

If you want to compare it to our ancestors they would also feel good while hunting and gathering even though it is “stressful” for some

I don't feel excited and motivation and strong in the gym cuz the last thing I'd want is to be lifting some mf weights, love the results of the gym, not the gym itself and I'd say I'm a pretty strong and muscular dude too.

I'm convinced anyone who "likes the gym" is either self-gaslighting, a masochist or actually doesn't anything else going on in their lives other than looking for the ego validation lifting heavy brings

Need to money maxx and finish uni so I can enjoy being with gf otherwise I’m stuck living with parents and cope with gym I’m so used to it :lul:

Yeah facts. Genually fuck discipline. Only thing u should be disciplined is with ur diet. Play music on ur walk to the gym if ur not motivated or want to do shit by the time u enter the door just leave.

Im a twink saying this btw its not an ego thing its just u will get nothing done , will stress urself out and feel like shit after and just wasted ur time. Just go for a walk atp

Ur probabily just not going hard enough, if u dont feel like complete shit throught the rest of ur day and have trouble moving ur arms and walking ur most likely not putting urself at risk, u need to put more weight do more reps, ur body needs to be hurt, unless u "enjoy pain" and use the gym as some kind of self harm technice lol, I hate working out but I do it just for the stress relieve

If your on test you will not have this problem. Exactly it’s a stress relief jfl and I’m getting stronger but yeah sometimes I go so hard that my arms kind of “hurt” . I have a high resistance to pain I’m guessing

Nope, look at bodybuilders, men like rich piana and arnold always enjoyed working out and hitting the gym while if u look at Doryan yates or Jay cutler they openly said they did not enjoy and love lifting they just had discipline, one coumpound wont magically change anything, u have to like it or not, me personally there are exercises where I like to do and others not, I find it disgusting having to train chest and shoulders for example, I love doing leg curls and bicep curls in the other hand it all differentiates alot

lmao i can send u my physique in PM. But personally i push 6-8 reps till absolute failure. Everything I got. If ur not training that way dont expect progress. Train insane or remain the same.

i get that, but it’s not inherently bad to push till failure and crack a facial expression here and there. The ones who ACTUALLY train will understand it. The ones who don’t, won’t.

Lifting is so fucking easy , failure doesn't hurt as much as winter cold showers, 1.5mm dermarolling, fighting, etc
