If you don’t go to the gym then why looksmax?

Remember, hitting the gym frequently like 3 days per week minimum is like 50% of your looksmax journey if you wanna try and ascend hard. Every man needs to target their upper body at least twice a week and legs once. I personally, go 4/5 days a week to max out my physical looks and strength.

No girl wants a man who is gonna act like a cuck or some lanky mf who can’t protect himself or his gf. Imagine some roided fat 5’6 ogre comes up to your 6’1 weakling ass your gonna get brutally mogger nevertheless the height. The best thing to be is a jacked pretty boy who can beat the shit out of ogres at the same time.

I mean fuck trying to be Elias De Poot, Jordan Barrett the weakling twinks be more like David Laid or Tyler Maher because that’s what women want.
Cope there is no gym for your face. Once you reach decent frame you can also quit the gym is useless if your height is 6’1 +

Gymcelling as a manlet so you can look even shorter.. heh also increases test and thus dht so accelerated balding

My bench pr is 80 kg and I am half way through 19, this guy @St.TikTokcel claims he has klimfielters and benches something like 110 kg. 110 ahahaha
I've just hit 80, 78 bw 186 cm. Started gymcelling the last days of August. Plan is 100 kg before 2025. Idk how possible that is.

Good job man, keep pushing further you will never know what you could accomplish. I have been gymcelling for 2 years but been taking it seriously in the beginning of May. My goal is also a clean 100 too

Truth is 2 weeks ago was not my first time benching. I used to go to the gym like twice a month, was never consistent and never trained for more than 1-2 weeks in a row, neither had a properly regulated diet or sleep. Now I'm trying to take everything mentioned seriously, training 5x a week, eating 3k-4k clean kcals, sleeping +9 hours etc. Aditionally I'm on a good nofap streak. Didn't open any jewgraphy sites since spring. Wish you achieving the goal, let's try to get it in these 3 months and a half left.

I just need to press the reset button and start fresh which I did in the start of this month. I just want to look on point for next year’s summer. Hopefully we will get there

At least start now with whatever you want to achieve, in order to have a decent base for the summer. If you keep procrastinating and letting time pass, life will pass with it. I've been procrastinating and thinking that some day everything will be correct, since I was 13. When I was that age I used to say:

"I'll start x the next monday" " I'll start x the 1st day of the month" "I'll start x in New Year" "I'll start x next summer", 99% does not work.

I am NEVER gonna put my mindset through the drain again. What you said is absolutely spot on, like I said I have been working out for a long time but I’ve been having a proper routine and regimen in order to make a significant difference. I have already wasted some time in the past and I have made the mature mentality to not to ever again
