Once you reach decent frame you can also quit the gym is useless if your height is 6’1 +Remember, hitting the gym frequently like 3 days per week minimum is like 50% of your looksmax journey if you wanna try and ascend hard. Every man needs to target their upper body at least twice a week and legs once. I personally, go 4/5 days a week to max out my physical looks and strength.

Truth is 2 weeks ago was not my first time benching. I used to go to the gym like twice a month, was never consistent and never trained for more than 1-2 weeks in a row, neither had a properly regulated diet or sleep. Now I'm trying to take everything mentioned seriously, training 5x a week, eating 3k-4k clean kcals, sleeping +9 hours etc. Aditionally I'm on a good nofap streak. Didn't open any jewgraphy sites since spring. I am NEVER gonna put my mindset through the drain again.
