If you have light colored eyes and atleast not any crazy deformations like extreme IPD for example you can sometimes still get away tbh

I think jaw is more important. You can have a great eye area and average jaw, and maybe you'll look better than the converse at first glance, but you aren't really a man without a good jaw.
