A key thing about Looksmaxxing is SELF IMPROVEMENT, now I ask you; can one love someone when one hates oneself? Can one agree with others when one already disagrees with oneself? with others when one already disagrees with oneself? Can one bring pleasure to anyone when one is bored and tired of one's own existence? How do you expect to have the will and consistency to improve yourself if you support a thesis crazier than madness! Therefore, if I were exiled from this world, far from being able to tolerate others, each would be a burden to oneself and would be in one's own eyes an object of hatred.
For nature, more often stepmother than mother, has disposed the minds of mortals, especially the most gifted, to despise what they possess in order to envy what others have. Hence it happens that all the advantages, all the pleasures and charms of life deteriorate and destroy themselves. For what use would beauty, perhaps the unique gift of the gods, be if the one to whom it fell did not enjoy it first and foremost?
