-Paid-off car, manageable or no credit card debt and ideally no or low student loans.

-Active investment in retirement accounts (e.g., 401(k), IRA, PPF, etc.)

-Own a home (or on track)Full ownership is best, but a well-planned mortgage also counts. Renting with a clear plan is okay to.

-Good credit score Important for financial leverage and security.

-Second income stream. Freelance, investments, rentals, side hustle, etc.

-Healthy BMI and okay physique. Not shredded, but fit enough to run lift and live pain-free.

-A good support system. At least a few deep friendships, relationships or strong family connections.

-Passports and travel experiences. Optional but I personally belive travelling and exploring in inherently what makes humans develop their personality, more mature and wise. Exposure to cultures and perspectives outside your own is important.

If you haven't completed these milestones by your early 30s I am sorry to tell but you are a loser in the eyes of society and are on track to a shitty life if you don't make drastic changed asap

Most of these are fairly achievable for someone who isn't a bum tbh. I'm not saying you need to buy an entire house or have everything paid off just have clarity over your financial situation.

You forgot a wife and at least 3 kids, most important

A wife and kids aren't a priority but you do need a support system like I mentioned

I dont think I said anything that is unrealistic. These goals are not just pie-in-the-sky ideals they're grounded in reality and align with what many financially and emotionally stable people in their early 30s achieve with intention and planning. I can break it down if you want.

This is only true for US / California / UK/ Australia / France and Germany probably, or other similar obscure countries with high income, big metropolis where there are higher investment opportunities, etc.

In the rest of the countries is to have a job as stable and secure as possible, somewhere in the public system (administration, defense, medicine, education, etc.) and have children and a wife as young as possible, and your parents and hers will help you with money for a loan for a house/apartment if necessary, and a car, and that's about it..

Average age of first-time homebuyers in the U.S. is around 33 (NAR, 2024). Like I said you don't need full ownership by 30. Having a down payment saved or a mortgage plan is reasonable. You can also take advantage of first-time buyer programs. I'm not saying it is easy but it is not impossible to own a house in suburbs outside the city centre. I'm not saying you need to own some villa in bay area or something

Only solution is rope

Can’t justify moving out of my parents house while incel.

0% credit card debt is good. Student loan is good if you will never have to pay it back (I’ll never make enough).

I’m absolutely a loser though. I would say this list is more like something you need to achieve by 20.
