If you don’t own property by age 30, you're a loser and will suffer tremendously later in life

Title. If a man doesn't have his own kingdom whether it's a piece of land, apartment or a mansion. He's a loser.

It's possible for everyone to do it.
I'm someone who has been dealt a fucked up hand and I'm still pushing forward with my life. If you're FA and in your 30s with no place to call home, and your patents are on the verge of dying. It's giga over for you.

To all the young men out there. Remember that life gets WORSE with age. If you have depression now at 22. Imagine how bad it'll get for you by the time you're almost middle aged, and your parents are dead. You better start to develop healthy coping mechanism right now before it's too late. Most people don't change at all after 28 and are set in their ways. It's extremely challenging to change bad habits once you're 24 or 26. I've done it and boy was it tough.

Remember to always be prepared for the worst case scenario or you'll become a victim to your expectations.

A common cope I hear is “muh over saturated market” bullshit. If you want it bad enough you will obtain it.

this is my biggest fear. when I was 10-18, I thought that at that late age I would have enough copes or something to remember, then now, when I'm over 20 and depressed, suicide seems inevitable, when I know that in the future my mental state will worsen and I'll be all alone (which I already am). Why continue to live when everything is hopeless and there is no hope and only suffering.

You can mitigate your depression and future situation by acting now while you're young. So that when you're older, you are prepared for the fall. I have no doubt when I'm 35 or 40. I simply won't be able to hold a job at that point and my depression will increase by a lot. So, if I build something now. I know I will survive what's ahead.

yeah if you bust your ass, most anything is possible. unironically. but it's impossible to acquire material wealth or do much in life when you are high sentience

U don't know shit, in some countries it's impossible to get any property as a wageslave, where I live cheapest houses go for 200k usd and the average wage is 200 usd a month, people here graduate university from ages 25 to 30, at 30 you should be planning to rope soon not worrying about "the future" as I said before 18 is an extremely late age to be starting university or getting your first job, you are raised to be old.

This is accurate. I was on the right trajectory. Had enough saved up for down payment on a house then Putin invaded and the stock market crashed. I was heavy in real estate. Lost almost everything. JFL.
Why the fuck didn't I exit while I still had some capital? It's the number one rule of trading to always protect your capital. I was greedy and wanted a bigger house. FML.

I’d generally agree in most parts of the world owning property is achievable quickly. But be mindful that in large cities or metropolises this quickly turns into like debt slavery. It’s still doable to own property in big cities but u need a huge down payment and a large dual income or single income of like 200k to make things work

It's not impossible you are just low IQ. Going to uni in 2023 is a meme in and of itself. You are delusional.

It is not over at 30. I think you need to take your meds schizo.

Nope. Apartments are relatively cheap in the UK as long as its not in a major city like London or Birmingham. Quit making excuses.

Lol cope, at +30 you are going to have to go around claiming to be 27-29 because +30 has a massive stigma attached to it, where I live people spend years saving to pay for a 15k usd terrain in the border between the farmland and the suburbs in the outskirts of the metropolitan area where they spend even more years to build a shitty house that's just a square and by the time they end up paying for it they are like +45 years old. In the US people in their 20's and 30's buy property on a 30 year mortgage and become debt slaves and when they truly own it they are +55 years old and a lot older than the 30 yo mark u say, u clearly are some 16 year old retard that doesn't know shit, most people don't even go to college, the only chance you have is getting to work on something profitable as soon as possible , saving up money and then doing risky investments (aka gambling) and hoping to hit it big other than that there is nothing, you can become a doctor and try getting an income of like 800k a year and then you'd have more money to invest but since it's over at 30 if not earlier none of it matters, aging needs to be eliminated for money to not be a cope either that or be born to rich parents.

Indeed. If we’re talking outside big cities it is doable. Inside is doable but will require sacrifices

Yep. It's best to try and locate a city that's upcoming and has future potential. If you're a whitecel, a city that's becoming more diverse with every generation will be your only chance, that's only if JBW is true.

According to oldfarts from 2007-2009 national geographic tv shows it should've happened in 2015.

I wouldn't count on it. Boomer parents have a habit of leaving fuck all to their children when they die.
