To be sociable and not autistic at school I drink around 500ml of coffee, after that I can really talk to anyone who I would like, u can take some taurine pills as well to not get the caffeine crash.

No just this one tbh, since I used to take it when I was younger my doctor just gave it to me

It works well enough and doesn't rape my sleep or appetite so I'm gonna stick with it, don't think I need anything more potent for what I need (to be less talkative/more relaxed and be able to focus on studying or any work)
