I have zero urge to drink, but for some reason literally EVERYONE my age (mid 20s) seems completely incapable of socializing without it. It is so annoying going to any social gathering and having alcohol thrown at me every time. It’s crazy how normalized drinking is. At least smoking is pretty much frowned upon for the most part, very very few of my friends smoke cigs

Simply not doing these activities gives you 5-10 years more of looking good if you save money and get the procedures you need done. Floyd Mayweather who doesn’t do these activities looks younger than half the 18 year olds here at 40 JFL

Good friend of mine irl is a complete chad (has 5,000+ tinder matches with tons of them messaging him first, yet he is too lazy to respond... I have gone to parties with him and seen girls approaching him regularly)

HOWEVER

he recently has been drinking super heavily, like drunk almost every single night, and has stopped lifting for some reason (previously had a great physique) and has seriously dropped AT LEAST one solid point on the looks scale probably more than that.

taking care of yourself is highly underrated and tbh the people spouting shit like “chad can eat whatever he wants it, chad can drink whatever he wants, chad doesnt even need to hit the gym” come across as being severely autistic and inexperienced with actual real life. Chad is chad because he has good genetics AND he takes care of himself.
