Been drinking strictly water since I was like 10
Jfl at the fact that even 10 year old me knew water is the only thing you need
Energy drinks are cope.
Coffee is cope.
Jfl at drinking juice for the “vitamins”
Milk is only needed during adolescence, although it’s not a net negative to drink, if its raw/raw keffer.
You don’t need anything but water, if you have good sleep, and a good diet.
And if you drink soda, genuinely rope please.
Absolutely no benefits it just makes your teeth yellow.
Go to bed at 8:00pm and you wont need a coffee to “kickstart your day”
Eat a carnivore/animal based diet, and you wont need to cope with fructose juice for “vitamins”.
When i leave my parents house, my fridge is literally gonna look like fucking jeffery dahmers.
All thats gonna be in there is grassfed beef organs, steak, deer, goat, butter, and bottled beef blood.
I have been carnivore for months now, and I have the most energy I have ever had.
When I cheat on the diet and eat goyslop carbs or chips or whatever, I immediately feel worse, and my energy levels are fucked for the following few days.
