it’s 2300. ik the answer should be yes, but i see threads by never get up and others that say otherwise

Yeah no don’t eat 3k calories without doing anything with it if you go to the gym yeah sure 3k is my cutting btw so i call rookie numbers

being inactive AT ALL is the reason you gain fat no matter what you eat, and being active will he the reason you will not gain fat whatever you eat. high level cyclist, runner, wrestler etc

can you explain the science and reasoning behind it? how does this make sense? the mainstream knowledge is calories in and calories out, but i feel very very hungry all the time and don’t feel good at the current body fat i’m at 14%. im still trying to get to 10% but i can’t stand cardio or lifting weights because i feel like it’s aging me

Idk why you replied to me with a empty text but Real food increases testosterone test increases erections real food also do a few other benefits for example increasing blood flow I can slap my fucking penis against the table and it will sound like thors thunder just eat good food
 
what is the reasoning behind that? if ur eating excess calories how would u not get fat? i’m not debating i just want to know the science
They are nutrient dense foods with 0 carbs. You will obviously get bigger the more you eat but you'll put on muscle. And plus, you won't feel the need to eat excessively if you're eating red meat and eggs.

So none of the weight gain would be fat? Pure muscle? How?

red meat boosts your adrenal glands which gets you shredded
