LL unrealistic, but I'd pay for a bimax (which includes Lefort, btw). And stuff like MSE it it's necessary. This is our fantasy though.
Ideally, I'd like to have twins with a tongue tie and make one of them mew by surgically fixing his tongue and then force him to be outside 24/7; while for the second one I'd buy him all videogames in the world and a chair that maximizes forward neck posture and not fix his tongue tie so he can't mew.
