u can say u got surgery for health reasons and it will be more socially acceptable. you can get nose surgery and say you had trouble breathing or get bimax for sleep apnea, ear surgery for hearing problem etc. ofcourse not ever single surgery you can lie about, there is a limit to frauding. or if you get leg lengthening you can gaslight them and say late puberty or new diet made u taller or took specific supplements.

Obv no. The whole point of surgery is to fraud.
You also wouldn’t tell a girl that you wear lifts because she not only cares about you being taller but also about you being taller without cheating.
Theoretically it doesn’t make a difference if other people see you with your gf when you are natural 6‘2 or when you are 6‘2 with wearing lifts. But as soon as the girl realizes that you cheat she will lose interest.

The only type of surgery you can talk about are surgerys like bimax etc where you can just lie that you had problems with breathing or some shit.

Then I would specify the extact advancements I got to my maxilla and mandible, aswell as the expansion of the upper palate.
