Mine were coming out perfectly straight, i remember the X-rays, and i didn‘t have any problems or pain.

That‘s the problem if the procedure is covered by German Health Insurance, every dentist claims that it‘s necessary in your case and extracts them preventative without an indicator of them causing any harm in the future, just so he can bag 1000-2000€

I wonder what my mandible and maxilla would have looked like if i didn‘t get them extracted, non of my arabic family members, that never got an extraction, have such an under developed maxilla and weak short ramus

I didn't lose no wisdom teeth. I lost a side tooth and of course you would need the fake tooth put in, otherwise you will end up losing bone again over-time as you are not 'chewing' to keep the bone healthy and eventually it will just decay
