but tbh i felt so ridiculously bad, i just couldnt see psych ward saving me back then. now i think differently. they could have given me benzos and betablockers, like especially lorazepam and diazepam i now know this helps

they could put you into a coma if you ask them, there are i hope always ways to alleviate suffering

alternatively if you feel LEGIT suicidal you can go to normal hospital, dont need psych ward, but i would recommend.

threaten you will kill yourself if they dont help you, so they have no other choice

they can also give you opioids for strong pain
