For rhino first surgery is 4-8k, botched revision is 15-30k at good doctors.

Jaw surgery, is 15-30k, and revsion 40-80k

Fat graft if you get lumps, 3k first surgery, revsion 10-15k

Thats why you pick a surgeon with good morales first surgery, very important

If you get botched twice most other surgeons that are needed for potential revision will want to touch you even less and you need to pay even more for someone to save you.

All depends on the skill of the injector. If they know proper technique, fat lumps are usually are not a problem.
