good points- it has some algorithms in place to make sure not everyone is a "10"(since thats what normies do)
basically if you vote everyone as attractive your vote loses value towards the median so it can't be the "everyone is attractive"

bad points- if you are a normie, smile get the picture in good background(nature pets etc) they overrate you

there are different options like like business,social and dating
in dating i think people will pretty consistently vote you based on attractiveness factor more

if you consistently get an 8+ rating there you are goodlooking irl(at least HTN)
