If you get headaches during school, here´s why

I know a lot of people here get headaches after going to school, and the reason this is the case is that there´s too much going on, the lights are too bright, the lunches are nasty, the constant chattering and sounds of humans are going in and out your ear, all of this for 6 - 8 hours straight.

You probably need glasses, the intellectual effort can be too big and your eyes tire easily. When I was in middle school I started feeling dizzy and couldn't concentrate but this went away after being prescribed glasses....
