If you get osteotomies, will that also make your bones stronger (less resistant to punches and kneecaps)?

If not, what determines how "strong" your bones are? I've noticed usually subhumans tend to get knocked out easily, like people with recessed mandibles etc

But there's this video of this good asian boxer guy boxxing with a black guy and the black guy can't KO the asian guy, this asian guy has a very good mandible tbh
 
i guess it’s the mass of the bone plus the strength of them which depends on nutrients

There is more about getting KO'd than the strenght or hardness of your bones
