now that i regularly commute in sun my skin is worse again even though i use sunscreen. Difference is stark

you are right, the carb thing was an example of the utter bullshit some people on this forum is on, not what i believe. I eat a very differentiated diet, but you can cope by saying adding mcdonald to macros will make it not harmful for your body. (Pizza in this case is not bad since i’m in italy and here is not full of weird shit like in the US, we make it natural)
