I'm not even trying to say some cope bullshit, but you actually feel like shit in comparison to if you wait at least 30 minutes.

Recently I've got up, had a shower and ate breakfast (whilst watching youtube or scrolling looksmax but okay its not as high dopamine inducing as tiktok or instagram or something)

Its probably been like 45 minutes since I got up, THEN I use my phone.

My brain actually feels normal ish and not completely foggy and unable to form a singular productive thought.

Try it for one day and your day will go a lot better, even if you spend the rest of your day on your phone in bed.
