If you go to a reputed bimax surgeon in Europe excepted marketed guys like Rameri or Alfaro, how much can you save?

I think because of marketing these guys have their supply demand ratios maxxed out so they charge more than they used to before instagram. Will going to a surgeon with same years of experience as these save considerable amonunt of money? I heard Rameri charges 15k but imagine if its only 7k with a unhyped doc
 
in france 4-6k is the norm

Ramieri is only marketed in incel forums lol. The marketed ones, for real, are Alfaro and Raffaini. The other ones are basically unknown internationally unless you are very deep into the DJS niche.
 
I don’t think these prices in this thread are realistic unless insurance is paying.

I'd think not. I'll try to find some aesthetic bimax surgeons I cant really believe that theres 3 good surgeons in the whole of europe lol.

Ignore horseshit sweeping claims like that, it depends on the surgeon not the nationality of the surgeon and you will not learn a thing until you consult with them

Im not saying it will be easy to find one but that is what you will have to do if you want a bimax less than 6k.

If you need a 14mm advancement it wont make a difference if pagnoni does it or if rando ass spanish /french does it.

What is your criteria for an “aesthetic bimax surgeon”

Iirc, it was like 4k euros (none of which were paid by OP). Jean-Christophe Lutz was the surgeon. The problem with French surgeons is that a lot of them do not cater to health tourists the way surgeons in other countries do, and the ones who do are not charging French prices. There was one center in Lyon I messaged like 4 times and they never responded. I was in Lyon at the time and messaged in French, but mentioned that I was from US.

€7k for bimax + genio. That's pretty much the going rate in Istanbul. Another doc quoted me €6800 and another €11k but it included ortho treatment. There are people complaining on Turkish jaw surgery facebook group that he's too expensive, to give you an idea.

And, yeah, I like him. Impossible to know what he's truly like, but I'm pretty suspicious of people, and he strikes me as a good guy. Like, he originally told me genio was an additional €2k and then only added €1k for it. He also originally told me bimax would have no aesthetic benefit for me, so he wasn't pushing me to get it, although he agreed that I was recessed when he saw me in person.
