I think as solely an investor it starts at like a million. With that in investments you can probably achieve financial freedom without living like a poor rat

The thing is. 300k is not enough to buy property’s to live of. You can buy some stocks but that’s always risky. Fonds only give you a small increase without huge risks.

Once you have a million you can buy ground and build housing which can pay everything off.

Like get a loan for another million if you alrway have one. Build twice as many houses for same price and use that money to pay of the loan

100k in crypto, other 200k in tech stocks. 300k isn’t life changing anyway, so it’s better to take some risks.

1. 100K in real estate. rest borrow if needed. Can be own living house, or rental.
2. 100K stocks (index funds). I would dollar cost average it over a period of like 3-5 years orso. So auto put in like 2000 USD per month.
3. 100K in cryptos; spread out over like 10+ different cryptos. Stake and earn interst on at least 50% of the owned cryptos. I would personally not dollar cost average this, but maybe it would be wise to do so, to spread it out over x number of monhts/years.
