Besides looksmaxxing him as good as possible. How would you try to influence his way of thinking? Aka his personality

I would try to teach him that if he wants something he should take it. Maybe will result in him getting locked up later in life but yeah. I would like, don’t allow him to take things but secretly prepare everything So he can take it for himself. Then acknowledge what he did and never punish him for it. Basically programming his mind that there is only reward not repercussions.
