My mom abused me in the most brutal of ways. She always told me, together with my submissive dad, that the way it was in our household was 'normal'.

I didn't know any better as a kid, and it took me untill I moved out at 22yo for university, living alone, away from my parents, that I started realizing how abusive my mother was.

It makes sense that I ended up as a 23yo KHHV despite looking LTN at times(which isnt the worst) while having a very active social-life.
I think the mental damage of your own mom abusing you as a kid, makes it basically impossible to ever feel at easy, comfortable, loving, with another girl.

Because that pain of your mom abusing you, keeps coming up and you adjusted to this.

Man I can't believe that my life was destroyed outside of my control and all I can do is go ER basically.

I tried therapy 4 times now, each time it didn't do anything for me.
I was in the mental-ward for a year but they kicked me out because they didn't know what to do with me fand I wasnt fitting in with the (normie) group :/

inhib isn't my issue. I suffer from what is 'avoidant personality disorder' which is strongly related with self-belief, self-esteem.(AVPD)

People with AVPD avoid social situations and relationships. But it has more to do with their low self-esteem than with anxiety.

It's very difficult to deal with this as a man, because as men we tend to have quite weak relationships with friends in general.
So then when the family-relationship is unfunctional, you are left with relying on your friends or a girlfriend(??) for social connection.
Then when a girlfriend doesn't happen, which isn't uncommon at all for men in their teens or twenties, all you have is friends which generally lack what you are seeking for in depth as a male.

It's insane to me that this hasn't been recognized yet by any of the so called 'social studies', 'psychology', 'psychiatry'. Apprenently all of these are still unknown to male suicide-rates being 3x higher than female, male inceldom being on an extreme rise, and so forth.

We simply can't rely on any instution, government or (mental)health-care facility to help us. We are on our own.

Its mostly about health some mothers cant show love and are insecure themselves because they have bad hormones and neurotransmitters. It just compounds in their children. Another reason why not everyone should have children tbh they just extent the hell they live in. Same happened to me my mother was kinda cold, bullying and if I did better than her she got insecure and started criticising me. My dad was also submissive. The combo of a dominant female and submissive male as parents is a death sentence for a male child his future sex life IMO because you will subconciously emulate your submissive fathers behaviour which is unattractive and will only attract dominant mentally ill women to you.
