Theoretically with infinite money and no life obligations, I think pretty much any white guy who was average height or above, with no facial deformities, could go up to at least high tier normie. Especially considering the surgeries that can totally restructure the face, stuff like mse that can change the shape of your palate, lefort that can change your midface structure, orbital surgery, mandibular osteotomy, rhino, all kinds of shit.
