A lot of people talk about the ROI of going to a cheap country like turkey to get surgery and sure that is nice but what if you actually have money to sprare and want to focus on mitigating risk? Which country would you wanna go to in that case? The US? South Korea?

And I'm not talking about mitigating the risk of being accidentally botched here, I just wanna know which country has the best protective laws when it comes to medical malpractice. Someone like Frank Tufano didn't just get botched, apparently none of the surgeries Taban did on him were preformed correctly. If he was in the "right" country would he be able to actually get compensated for this?
