It depends. I mean I probably wouldn’t be able to stop the time for really long time periods because it would be too boring since nothing around me is „alive“. I couldn’t even use the internet or anything which requires electricity.

But yes it’s still really powerful. You could live much longer or technically for all time. You could do tons of illegal things during the time is stopped and no one will ever find out it was you. You would have infinite time to read and study everything you want etc.

You can change reality around you, rob banks, collapse countries, who can stop you if time is still? You can declare a new world order, build an empire. What do you mean read more and do drugs?

i mean if you want to learn something you have as much time as you need for it to read or practice the thing because you can just stop time. Doesn’t matter if it’s a certain skill or whatever you want to learn
