i think this trauma is never going to heal. years are wasted and you cant get em back.
 
I'm the same as you in this regard and it's brutal. You're never going to recover from what you've lost.

My mom wouldn’t even let me leave my garden in childhood most of the time not even joking she was scared a car would hit me or something
