U are to run a marathon on track in Nevada in August. It is hot as fuck. You don't get any water while running, however as soon as you stop you are transported into a air conditioned room with water and ice and tasty food.
For every mile that you run, you go up by 0.4psl
If you stop or fall behind a pace of 5mph for more than 60seconds, your race is OVER

You get to train for the run beforehand, but u do get to go to the restroom

The chances of you falling unconscious and dying of heat stroke shortly after as you run are as follows
0.5miles -0.1%
1mile - 1%
1.5miles - 2.5%
2 miles - 7.5%
2.5 miles - 18%
3 miles - 32.5%
3.5 miles - 44%
4 miles - 55%
4.5 miles - 67%
5 miles - 78.5%
5.5 miles - 86%
6 miles - 92.5%
6.5 miles - 95.5%
7 miles - 98%
7.5+ miles -99%

The best I ran without stopping was 3 miles, if my life depended on it maybe I could go to 4-5 but no more than that especially if I couldn't take a small break here and there and without any water.

I don't think any Nirmal human being can run 45 kms in one stretch without water
