I didnt have them pulled (yet) but ive lost a molar in the upper jaw, right side. I think my right cheek is slighlty hollower.
I wouldnt recommend pulling teeth if it isnt necessary

got them pulled wondered the same thing to but nope nothing changes it may seem like it but thats cus ur gonna be swelled up drink pineapple juice before surgery and after ice ur face dont make the same mistake i did
