Biologically speaking, a carnivore keto diet is best thing you can do to maximize the metabolic efficiency and nuero-endocrinology of your brain and body.
Glutamate gets replaced with GABA which makes you more chill, relaxed and alpha-like.
More focus from brain not being fueled with glucose.
The human stomach literally evolved to digest animal products making it less taxing on your body to digest food (No shitty plant chemicals have to get processed).
No energy peaks and troughs throughout the day.
Slow digesting carbs still tease your brain into craving refined carbs aka junk food. More discipline required.
Carbs bloatmaxx you due to insulin presence, making your kidneys hold onto sodium (Water follows sodium. Congrats your face is now bloated and you lost 0.5PSL).

You body can burn more calories worth of carb than worth of sugar thus faster metabolism which basically means every single one of your organ can work faster..

Also lypolysis is regulated by glucagon/cortisol making it a stress pathway. So i wouldn't rely on it as your only source of energy from a biological perspective:soy:.
