if you have 2cm philtrum, is lip lift needed even if you have full upper lip?

From what i understand, if your upper lip is already full you cant really do anything. Thats my predicament, i tried to find a solution but growing out stubble to distract from it was the only solution, it seems. As well as a rhinoplasty to lower my nose tip to make the philtrum appear less prominent

Yes, on men some surgeons can do a lip lift where they don't 'roll' your upper lip up much but just mainly shorten your philtrum.

yeh 2cm philtrum looks huge. Mine's 1.3
