I’m working on a big thread regarding insulin, because it’s not being talked about nearly enough.

It’s one of the biggest fucking reason so many people are fat and their whole body is inflamed, bloated and prone to acne, it’s almost always fucking insulin resistance and it’s so easy to get some form of resistance nowadays if you live in a modern country with western food or somewhere where people eat a ton of carbs
