If you have deep philtrum, lip lift looks weird

I have these deep lines in my philtrum as in the examples. Not many male examples out there but the issue is, with these kind of philtrums, lip lift looks weird as if it begins at the middle of your philtrum. It looks artificially cut. Anyone else noticed this? Any technique to avoid this? Who is the best doctor for lip lifts with no scar? I dont wanna look gay but I really need this surgery to have good harmony.
