I used to cope with “muh but that guy gets girls and has glasses” when I had them for basically my entire life till 16. In reality “that guy” had insane status looked decent and was in an LTR with a Becky (and still got called a nerd sometimes). Truth was when I switched to contacts I was treated like a whole different person. I mean back when my friends would post a pic of me without wearing glasses on their story they’d get asked “who are you hanging out with?” By my other friends. I literally look like a different person and I can’t explain how much more people took me seriously. Yes top tier models will still look good but even then you can see they’re looks have fallen by like half
