If you have good eye area there’s no reason you can’t be htn+

Genuinely the only failo that can’t really be improved is bad eye area. Eye area can be improved slightly with surgery through fat grafting or maybe eye color changing but if you overall have like shit ipd or shit eye shape or giga bug eyes then yeah ull never reach htn but you can atleast be mtn with surgeries
