Where the fuck do you actually buy shirts from? Medium shirts are too small in the way of actually going all the way down my stomach, leaving an area exposed, where as for my arms it ends a little past the beginning of the hands, even creating quite a bit of creases in the shirt. This is the case for all shirts I buy. I can't wear Small, Medium or Large. JFL. Wtf am I supposed to buy then

Not necessarily, the ideal "swimmer body" has long torso, but also long arms, only the legs are shorter.
