I coped with useless stuff like genio that just made my chin pointy and gave me deep mentolabial fold when it doesn't even matter as long it's not clinically recessed. The true problem is you cannot fix eye area unless you accept you will be a textbook botched bogdanof tier with 70%+ chance or even worse dead or blind.
For fellow eye area cels like me, you should just ldar or max other areas of life , i'll save you the stress you can thank me later.
