what if my maxila grow downward i already have fully devloped maxila at 15 and if apply outward pressure

Like i have a masculine skull shape but feminine features so make my face angualar i need to increase my gonial angle so if i apply outward pressure to move it backward does it work my midface is not too small not too big and i have button nose
