It's way better to just delete your socia media accounts and say you have no time for it or are just not into it, than to have the empty book that is your social life publicly exposed and plastered right there for people to be aware of.

What matters more is likes and followers. Most people I know irl get hundreds of likes on their pics and have 1-2k thousand followers, if you get 3 likes on your photos on average and have less than 100 followers that will out you as someone with low social status
