If you have medium/lowset zygos/cheekbones can you change them to look highest?🤔

Mine are like jon kortajarena, Cristiano Ronaldo, ian somerhalder so cheekbone/zygo set:74% around

So what i can do and how much higher they can look?(I mean can the go above 80%+ or 85%+)

I think zygo osteotomy can work

Also malar implants with higher peak look and bone grafting to the lower part of zygos

I would like to hear some thoughts/advices on this
