You know the truth. You can’t change it thru surgery unless you want to risk your life on OBO.
But there are things that will change the perception of your eyes.
Lip width to eye spacing is huge. Yes wider lips are more masculine-but if you have narrower lips your eyes will look less scrunched in your face.
Nose-this should be as slim as possible. Achievable thru accutane, topical tret applied nightly, nose jobs.
Most likely you’ll also have bad ESR. Keep your hair medium length. Enough to cover the sides, but never wear a middle part, draws too much attention to eyes.
Temples: Bone shaving surgery for your zygos and even temples is a possibility. But I would first recommend Botox administered to the temples. Can result in up to 8mm of temple width reduction. 14-16 mm if you shave bone and get rid of the muscle.
Eyebrows should be long stretching outwards, and on the inside they should be shaved a bit more than usual. Where your medial canthus ends, instead of between your medial canthus and side of nose. Also if you have eyebrows that naturally curve down at the ends this is actually a good thing. Covers up some of that space.
Colored eye contacts that are subtle can bring some positive attention to your eye area, think about Ryan gosling with brown eyes-lame
Your Eyelashes should be curled outwards, will alter the appearance of your pfl to reach towards the sides, subtly reducing ESR.
Jaw/lower third. It’s okay for this to be slimmer. Again just like with the nose and lip thing, if it’s too boxy your eyes will get even more compressed in the center of your skull.
Remember that it is more permissible for men to have closer set eyes than women. But obviously it’s a spectrum and if yours are too close it’s gonna be tough. Think about it like this, would you date a girl with further set eyes than usual? Yes probably, because it’s a feminine trait due to the neoteny. Most prey animals have eyes on the side of their heads, and the predators have them close together. (This is partly why far set eyes are a High trust trait and close set are low trust.)
