Let’s say your surgery is 13k, and your like at 7k. If you know you can save up another 7k (extra for flight or stay) then just begin consulting now. It doesn’t hurt to push it back a little but most good surgeons now have consults booked for 2 months and the waiting list after is like 8-10 months.
