and if you have long elongated eyebrows you have supra orbital FORAMEN (good growth) (SOF)

This is not accurate. In over a dozen supraorbital implants I have designed + countless skulls assessed, the presence of a foremen or notch is only slightly associated with vertical hypoplasia of the supraorbital rim. It has no noticeable association with the eyebrow shape or length. The position of the foramen is somewhat random/genetic. Some people have a notch and a Forarmen, two foramens, asymmetrically placed foramens etc.

Case 1
Notch-to-notch. Case is 2 months post. No migraines or nerve compression issues.

Case 2
Notch-to-foramen (converted the notch to a foramen - special kind of case!)

Case 3
Foramen to foramen. Patient had a very high-set and unusually lateral supraorbital nerves presenting with fairly extreme vertical orbital rim hypoplasia… so the exact opposite combination as you might guess.

This is just a sampling of my cases. I can tell you that the supraorbital notch isn’t a deformity and not something people should develop any fixation about. It doesn’t matter.

I wish you’d spend more time doing my implants
