if you have slight asymmetry in this area will canthoplasty fix it?

I might sound like a absolute retard but I'm out of softmaxxes for this specific area. for ex: my right eye's eyelid is slightly less tight then my left one which makes it look like neutral canthal tilt instead of a positive one, will canthoplasty help tighten/fix this issue or is this not needed.
